Care

Light

Sansevieria do best in moderate to bright indirect light but will also adapt to low light conditions. They can tolerate bright direct sunlight but we recommend keeping avoiding it when growing indoors.

Water

We recommend allowing this plant’s soil to dry out completely between waterings. If the roots sit in water or soggy soil for too long root rot may occur. It is better to allow this plant to get dry than to allow it to stay too wet.

Care

This is an extremely low maintenance plant - less is more. We recommend fertilizing every two to three months, spring through fall, with a diluted fertilizer. It is easily propagated by dividing the clumps and repotting. It can also be propagated by leaf cuttings. This plant will show you when it is ready to be repotted by outgrowing its pot with pups appearing to burst out.

Purify
