Care
Light
Schefflera prefers bright indirect light but is also quite tolerant of moderate to low light environments. In too low light conditions, new growth will become thin and weak and the plant will be more vulnerable to root rot.
Water
This plant’s soil can be kept moist but it's best not to keep it soggy. Allow the soil to dry out between watering. Consistently soggy soil may result in root rot. SIgns of overwatering include yellowing leaves.
Care
This plant grows quite quickly into a shrub or very small tree and can be pruned as desired. Shefflera leaves are waxy and nearly succulent, and as a result they do not wilt easily and are tolerant of a range of lighting conditions, making this a tough and reliable houseplant.
