- Please allow up to 5 business days to process your order.
- Due to the delicate nature of plants we do not ship on Friday or Saturday, so they are not left in a warehouse with our shipping carrier over the weekend.
- All orders will begin shipping on Monday, and we strive to complete all orders by Wednesday.
- We currently only ship within the Contiguous United States.
- Plant Proper will not ship plants if we feel if they will not arrive in the best condition possible due to the cold temperature. We will hold any order for as long as necessary if a heat pack is needed and not purchased. We can cancel any order if a heat pack is needed and not purchased after holding the plants for up to two weeks at our farm. We will hold orders with heat packs if the daily temperature is below freezing as heat packs will not perform properly in these conditions. It is the customers responsibility to communicate with us if they are experiencing below freezing conditions. We want what is best for the plant to arrive in the best condition possible. We will ship you your new plants as soon as possible bearing the weather is cooperating.
- Plant Proper Protection extends coverage for online purchases that are lost or damaged in transit, or stolen immediately after the carrier's proof of delivery where Plant Proper tracks the transportation. PLANT PROPER LLC (Plant Proper) is the named insurer on the shipping insurance policy ("Policy") that self-insures all orders placed on its own website www.plantproper.comÂ
and does not include any third-party marketplaces unless added directly to the marketplace offering. If the daily high temperatures are 40 degrees or lower, the customer must add Winter Protection to the packaging along with Plant Proper Protection, or the insured policy will be voided. Plant Proper Protection is neither returnable nor refundable once purchased.
