This plant enjoys moderate to bright indirect light. The more bright indirect lighting receives, the more likely it will show off its unique patterns on the foliage. Morning sunlight is preferred as it is less intense than afternoon sunlight, but too much direct bright light will scorch the foliage.

We recommend allowing the soil to nearly completely dry out between waterings. The number one sign of underwatering is drooping leaves. You can tell if you are overwatering by the leaves yellowing and falling off. Overwatering may eventually lead to root and stem rot.
