Care
Light
Offer the Tractor Seat Plant bright indirect light. It can tolerate a bit of morning light but too much bright direct sunlight will eventually burn the foliage. Not enough light will stunt growth and cause weaker stems.
Water
The Tractor Seat Plant enjoys moist soil. We recommend watering this plant when the top layer to inch of soil is about dry to the touch. The big leaves will begin to wilt if not watered often enough. Yellowing leaves is a sign of it being watered too often and this will eventually lead to root rot if not adjusted.
Care
The Tractor Seat Plant does not require much care to thrive in your home. We recommend fertilizing this plant monthly throughout the growing season with a general houseplant fertilizer diluted to about half the suggested dosage. General household humidity is okay for this plant. It can be propagated through division. We like to rotate this plant monthly to allow for uniform growth throughout. Wiping the leaves down monthly with neem oil will keep leaves shiny and the pests away.
